Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data submitted through this website are processed (Articles 13–14 GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Data you enter in the form: name, company, country, e-mail, phone (optional), type of business, products of interest, estimated purchasing volume (optional), company website (optional), VAT ID (optional), notes, your privacy/marketing choices with date and notice version, and the commercial follow-up status and internal notes recorded by our team.

Technical data: the hosting provider may record technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operation. When you open the page, your browser contacts the Google Apps Script service to obtain a short-lived anti-spam token; Google, as our service provider, may process technical connection data (such as IP address) for this request, which does not contain data you entered in the form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

a) Handling B2B commercial requests: we process your data to reply to your request, verify the professional activity of the requester, provide information about our products (including the catalogue sent by our team) and manage commercial contacts. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in managing commercial contacts with other businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

b) Security of the form and prevention of abuse (anti-spam token, technical logs): our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

c) Commercial communications by e-mail about our products: only if you tick the dedicated optional box (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before. You may also object at any time to direct marketing.

4. Mandatory or optional data

Fields marked with * are necessary to handle your request; without them we cannot process it. All other fields and the marketing consent are optional.

5. Recipients

Authorised commercial and administrative staff, who are notified by internal e-mail when a request arrives, and service providers acting on our behalf: Google (Google Workspace and Google Apps Script – spreadsheet storage, internal e-mail and anti-spam token) and Netlify (website hosting).

We do not sell your data.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (Google, Netlify) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer relies on one of the mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses, as established in our contract with each provider. You can ask for information on the safeguards that apply by writing to administration@hempxinternational.com.

7. Retention

Personal data of business requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up your request and to manage the commercial relationship. Our authorised staff review the contacts monthly. If there is no commercial interaction for 12 months, the contact is reviewed and the data are deleted or anonymised, unless further retention is needed for a specific purpose, which must be justified and documented (for example an active commercial relationship, legal, tax or accounting obligations, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims). No data are deleted automatically without this review. Customer data are kept for the periods required by the contract and by law.

Data processed on the basis of your marketing consent are kept until you withdraw it; the consent is reviewed periodically and the data are deleted when no longer necessary, even without a withdrawal.

8. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to administration@hempxinternational.com. You also have the right to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest, to object to direct marketing at any time, and to withdraw your consent at any time. These rights can be exercised in the cases and within the limits provided by the GDPR.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority in the Czech Republic is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), www.uoou.gov.cz; you may also contact the authority of your country of residence or work.

9. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party services. The video and images are served from the site itself. In your browser's local storage it keeps only your language choice and, if you confirm it, a flag that you are at least 18 (with the confirmation date, kept for 30 days); if you state that you are under 18, a flag is kept for the duration of the session only. No date of birth or other personal data is collected for this check. These items are strictly necessary for the service you request.

La presente informativa descrive come vengono trattati i dati personali inviati tramite questo sito (artt. 13–14 GDPR).

2. Dati raccolti

Dati inseriti nel modulo: nome, azienda, Paese, e-mail, telefono (facoltativo), tipo di attività, prodotti di interesse, volume d'acquisto stimato (facoltativo), sito web aziendale (facoltativo), partita IVA/VAT ID (facoltativo), note, le tue scelte su privacy e marketing con data e versione dell'informativa, e lo stato di follow-up commerciale e le note interne registrate dal nostro team.

Dati tecnici: il fornitore di hosting può registrare log tecnici (ad esempio indirizzo IP e orario della richiesta) per sicurezza e funzionamento. Quando apri la pagina, il tuo browser contatta il servizio Google Apps Script per ottenere un token anti-spam di breve durata; Google, in qualità di nostro fornitore, può trattare dati tecnici di connessione (ad esempio l'indirizzo IP) per questa richiesta, che non contiene i dati inseriti nel modulo.

3. Finalità e basi giuridiche

a) Gestione delle richieste commerciali B2B: trattiamo i dati per rispondere alla tua richiesta, verificare l'attività professionale del richiedente, fornire informazioni sui nostri prodotti (compreso il catalogo inviato dal nostro team) e gestire i contatti commerciali. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse del titolare a gestire i contatti commerciali con altre imprese (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) oppure, quando applicabile, esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su richiesta dell'interessato (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

b) Sicurezza del modulo e prevenzione di abusi (token anti-spam, log tecnici): legittimo interesse del titolare (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

c) Comunicazioni commerciali via e-mail sui nostri prodotti: solo se selezioni la casella facoltativa dedicata (consenso, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Puoi revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento già effettuato. Puoi inoltre opporti in qualsiasi momento al marketing diretto.

4. Natura del conferimento

I campi contrassegnati con * sono necessari per gestire la richiesta; senza di essi non possiamo dare seguito alla richiesta. Tutti gli altri campi e il consenso al marketing sono facoltativi.

5. Destinatari

Personale commerciale e amministrativo autorizzato, avvisato con e-mail interna all'arrivo di una richiesta, e fornitori di servizi che agiscono per nostro conto: Google (Google Workspace e Google Apps Script – archiviazione su foglio di calcolo, e-mail interne e token anti-spam) e Netlify (hosting del sito).

Non vendiamo i tuoi dati.

6. Trasferimenti extra SEE

Alcuni fornitori (Google, Netlify) possono trattare dati anche al di fuori dello Spazio economico europeo. In tal caso il trasferimento si basa su uno dei meccanismi previsti dal GDPR, come una decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione europea o le clausole contrattuali standard, secondo quanto stabilito nel contratto con ciascun fornitore. Puoi chiedere informazioni sulle garanzie applicabili scrivendo a administration@hempxinternational.com.

7. Conservazione

I dati personali delle richieste business sono conservati per il tempo necessario a dare seguito alla richiesta e a gestire il rapporto commerciale. Il nostro personale autorizzato riesamina i contatti ogni mese. In assenza di interazioni commerciali per 12 mesi, il contatto viene sottoposto a revisione e i dati sono cancellati o resi anonimi, salvo che sia necessaria un'ulteriore conservazione per una finalità determinata, che deve essere motivata e documentata (ad esempio un rapporto commerciale in corso, obblighi legali, fiscali o contabili, oppure l'accertamento, l'esercizio o la difesa di diritti in sede giudiziaria). Nessun dato viene cancellato automaticamente senza questa revisione. I dati dei clienti sono conservati per i periodi previsti dal contratto e dalla legge.

I dati trattati sulla base del consenso al marketing sono conservati fino alla revoca; il consenso è riesaminato periodicamente e i dati sono cancellati quando non più necessari, anche in assenza di revoca.

8. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione del trattamento e portabilità dei tuoi dati scrivendo a administration@hempxinternational.com. Hai inoltre il diritto di opporti in qualsiasi momento al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse, di opporti in qualsiasi momento al marketing diretto e di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento. Questi diritti si esercitano nei casi e nei limiti previsti dal GDPR.

Hai il diritto di proporre reclamo a un'autorità di controllo per la protezione dei dati. L'autorità competente nella Repubblica Ceca è l'Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), www.uoou.gov.cz; puoi rivolgerti anche all'autorità del tuo Paese di residenza o di lavoro.

9. Cookie e tracciamento

Questo sito non utilizza cookie, strumenti di analisi, tracker pubblicitari né servizi di terze parti incorporati. Il video e le immagini sono forniti dal sito stesso. Nel local storage del browser conserva soltanto la scelta della lingua e, se la confermi, l'indicazione di avere almeno 18 anni (con la data della conferma, conservata per 30 giorni); se dichiari di essere minorenne, viene mantenuta un'indicazione solo per la durata della sessione. Per questo controllo non vengono raccolti data di nascita né altri dati personali. Si tratta di elementi strettamente necessari al servizio richiesto.
